Did you use FMU or afternoon or evening urine when you got your smiley for being fertile? I just want to make sure I'm doing it the right way. I've been taking them every day I wake up (which is at noon-1pm) before I go to work for 2pm

I bought them for the first time last month && took them when I woke up. The first day I got low fertility && the second I got my peak. IDK why or if the reading was wrong but there wasn't an inbetween for me. Straight from low to peak.

It says to use fmu, and I always do, but when I start to get a high reading (flashing smiley) I start to test twice a day so in the afternoon as well.
