Hopefully not just wishful thinking

So my husband and I have been TTC for about 4 months now ... I have been worried because no matter how much we try my period always seems to come right on schedule  I was on the Depo for 5 years BUT this month I have felt extremely sick . My mouth has been super dry and no matter how much water I drink I cannot quench my thirst , I feel like I constantly have mucus in the back of my throat and I have been VERY sick to my stomach but have not been throwing up  My breasts are growing larger but are not tender and do not hurt . I've also felt feverish the past few days ... Am I just getting sick ?? Or ....
