my daily routine to prepare for labour!
So I'm 34 +4 as off today and I've been doing a lot since Saturday to help me have the easiest possible labour I was in labour 3 hours with my first following this routine!
I woke and had a glass of pineapple juice, 1 evening primrose oil tablet and 2 scrambled eggs
I snack of pineapple chunks that I cut from a fresh pineapple through out the day
After dinner I go for 45-1 hour walk, have a hot bath, 1 cup of rasberry tea leaf then I use my exercise ball untill bed about 9pm with 1 more evening primrose oil.
Every 2-3 days I do a little dance/light cardio workout or some squats.
All these things don't bring on labour but help towards labour day! Honestly I recommend trying some stuff to help with a nice easy labour if of course you have no risks or concerns in your pregnancy. I really hope this helps you all and I wish all mommy a with 6 weeks and less all the best !!
