Hunger is out of control
I seriously get so hungry in the middle of the day. I just hit my 18wk point and I'm not having the best of luck controlling my appetite. I need advice, am I not eating the right foods? Is this just the way it is? I'm really trying to only gain 25-35lbs for my first pregnancy. My meals:
Breakfast: double fiber bread with peanut butter and jelly.
10-11am snack: fruit
1pm - lunch. Something not to heavy but different everyday and I buy lunch.
3pm: peanut butter crackers..eat mini chocolates for our customer 😔
By this time I'm literally starving and feel like I could eat so much more food.
5:30: home from work have some cheese and/pickles.
Dinner is 7-8pm and I'm good for the night.
