Am I just being paranoid?

Today I had an anatomy scan, when the ultra sound tech got to the kidneys he just put "kidney area". Is this mean he couldn't see kidneys?!? Does this mean there aren't kidneys there?!? I am worried and probably won't hear from the Dr for a few days. What do you all think?
