help! cord?!

It fell off at doc yest and they used the stuff to dry it up I guess? Well this is now kinda looks s little oozy I think his newborn size pants we're too tight and rubbed ? What should I do ?!

If it starts bleeding, smelling bad, or has lots of yellow pus coming out of it, let your pediatrician know. Otherwise just give it time and keep it dry! :)

I think pediatricians very by this. Some say leave it alone and others say rubbing achool. So either way should be fine.

Normal .. my ped told me to just keep cleaning it with a cotton ball with some alcohol on it .. was totally clear in a few days

A little oozing is normal as it continues to heal. My doctor told us to leave it alone and it healed just fine after a few days.

I was told to clean with rubbing alcohol... I used alcohol pads like they use for blood work. Worked really well! Or u can use a qtip with some on it....

Use some rubbing alcohol on a q tip to clean it. The alcohol will help dry it out.
