Discharge?

Im 15 and my period is 5 days late according to eve. Its been irregular from 24-35 days. Its day 37. I had sex with a condom, pull out, he didn't even cum, and it wasn't during my non fertile time. Im having this milky discharge that sometimes feels like im starting but im not. There's also that blood, sometimes sweet smell. Is this normal? Can someone explain to me what is going on?
