I use a little bit of sudocrem when this happens and it clears within a couple of days usually.

Mine got it bad to where it would get bloody...it usually was from the milk going in her neck...I had to use a bib everytime she ate, after a bath dry her neck completly and I used diaper rash cream (desitin) and it goes away within a few days it just needs to stay really dry.. or your dr can prescribe something
