How many times do you have cramps so bad you can't go to work or school?

A few days ago I had cramps so bad I couldn't go to school, and I felt sick. I get bad cramps about once every year, and was wondering how bad it was for others.

When I was in high school I missed nearly one day every month because I literally couldn't move on the first day of my period and I would vomit. It seemed to calm down as I got older though.

I don't have endometriosis, but it's definitely more often then not. Even have gone to the ER for them before. I get shakes, hot and cold flashes, back ache, nausea, vommitting. All the good stuff. Oh yea... and cramps from hell

I would go to your doctor and look into endometriosis. It's in my bloodline and I have it and it's not so bad anymore but I've literally missed college exams because of cramps! The other day I wasn't even on my period and I was doubled over in pain feeling like I was gonna explode. Not to worry you but I'd just get checked up if you haven't already.
