Can you be friends with your ex? Like honestly I still love him and care for him I always will but he has a girlfriend and with that he still always comes back into my life. Whenever I think we're done for good he always  comes back. But this time he wants to be friends. Why? Like why does he want to keep me in his life? Why doesn't he just leave me alone ? Do you think it will be hard to be just friends ?

From personal experience, I would say he's still in love with you && sees the value in you that he didn't see before. Of course, he isn't just going to tell you because he's afraid you won't feel the same, but eventually he'll try to be more than friends again.

Depends on the type of person you are, how you guys broke up, and why he wants to be friends. I stayed friends with most of my exes for a long time and it didn't cause much of a problem for me. I was pretty good friends with their new girlfriends too so I'd give them relationship advice since I knew the boys pretty well. I ended up getting with my fiancé because of my habit of being friends with my exes. My very best friend (and hopefully my maid of honor at my wedding) was my very first girlfriend and we're closer now than we ever were dating. So it just depends on whether you're willing to have people look at you weird and know that you'll always stay platonic with absolutely no chance of getting back together. If you aren't comfortable with it or don't trust him to stay platonic, don't do it. It's not always a bad thing, but you can't do it for just anyone.

I feel like he do sent live you of course y'all dated or if y'all just broke up not to long ago like the break up is still fresh but u shouldn't be friends with ur ex cause one he has a girlfriend that can cause problems well drama and two he is ur ex .Basically this should be a question that  u don't need no one opinion I'm sure u heard of ppl ex having a girlfriend trying to be friends with ur ex that Is common sense right there to not be friends with him.

I am friends with some ex's but I don't think you can be friends with this particular ex. It sounds like he enjoys knowing you want him and keeps you around as some sort of 'spare' or just for the attention. I think that to be friends with an ex it really needs to be a 100% mutual friendship and nothing more than that on either side. If one person is still interested then they're inevitably going to get hurt somewhere down the line.

DO NOT DO IT. From personal experience, I let a bit do that to me and I messed up so many relationships because of him. I even went to my lowest point because I would let him hurt me. Everytime I would swear I'm done but he would come back talking about just wanting to be friends and how he changed. Well my dumb ass would let him in again just for me to be hurt. If he wanted you, no other girl would matter. He would stay with you. Yes, it may seem like he still cares, but he is probably just dragging you alone.

I think you shouldn't be friends with a ex , brings you drama & at the end who the one suffering. Just let him I know it's hard but it's it'll be the best thing .
