spotting question

I have an IUD and I had my period last week. It was normal and kind of long actually. Now I'm randomly spotting... but it's not the usual brown - it's pinkish. I'm paranoid but does anyone else have this happen while having an IUD? (I've had it since March, no problems)

I've also been feeling kind of like a pinching like when my doctor put the IUD in but a lot less intense
