I just had one too! I had a dream that my fiancée cheated on me, and woke up having a panic attack. But we were watching greys anatomy last night the episode where Owen cheats on Christina so that's probably why haha

I find that my anxiety causes me a lot of nightmares and I know people who anxiety who suffer of sleep paralysis too.

Backstory: My little sister is 3 and we are best buddies. We have been for as long as I can remember. I was kicked out in June and I moved to Canada.

I had a dream that my little sister and I were going for a walk. I was giving her a piggy back ride because she was getting tired. We came across this building and it was late at night so I decided we would spend the night there.

All of a sudden my other siblings appeared and there was a mattress on the ground. I layed down and my sister was in front of me. She was scared so I held her close to me and made sure she was safe.

This tall, slender figure with no face appeared at the doorway. I was screaming for help and no one was there..no one came. This figure then proceeds to start walking towards me and my baby sister. I held on to her tighter and she was screaming and crying. The figure then proceeds to come right next to the bed and start attacking my little sister.

I couldn't do anything. I woke up gasping for air and crying.

Probably the WORST dream I've ever had.
