advice please

So I had a d&c on the 26th of September, I bled for just short of 4 weeks, less then 2 weeks later I started bleeding again.. which I assuming was my af returning, I bled for 6 days.. and then exactly 7 days later I've started bleeding again and am now on my 2nd bay of bleeding, I've had no follow up appointments since having my d&c.. should I be concerned and make an appointment with my doctor or does this sound normal after having a d&c .. thank you for any advice given xx
