No, way too young. Best to wait until 6 months. Their digestive systems are too immature to digest anything besides formula or breast milk.

Please don't give your 4 month old yogurt!  AAP recommends solids at 6 months. Many babies have trouble with dairy that young. 8 months or so is the recommended age. That's a stage 2 food.

If you want. Gerber sell yogurt bites many different flavors. My son loved them so much when he was little and I was giving them to him around that age

We gave my daughter small tastes of what we were eating around then because she started showing signs of wanting food. At 5 months I decided it was time to talk to my Dr about starting solids because she took her daddy's garlic bread and shoved it on her mouth to try to eat it.
