Will your due date change if your baby measures big or small?

I posted this a sec ago but I forgot to add an important poll option.
Example: you are 8 weeks pregnant and you know that from your last missed period. They give you an ultrasound and the baby measures at 8 weeks. Later on at the 20 week ultrasound the baby measures at 22 weeks. Will that change your due date to 2 weeks earlier? Thanks all!

My OB said ultrasound is accurate up to 10 weeks and after that it can measure up for 5 weeks off.

They shouldn't change your due date after the first two months ish.  All babies develop at the same rate for a certain period of time,  but after that they are so different.

My doctor said she would only change my due date before 20 weeks. She moved it up by 5 days after the baby consistently measured 2 Weeks head, but now that I'm 23 weeks I'm not expecting the date to move anymore. Even though he still measures a week ahead.

I believe so. My friend was measuring bigger and if I'm correct they did change the date.

My due date changed to 8 days earlier than originally stated. I had short cycles, abiut 23-25 days. I hsd my first ultrasound in radiology during an ER visit because of bleeding. Baby measured over 11 weeks but our calculations had us at only 10w1d. At first OB appointment the doctor said that since the difference in measurements was greater than seven days she would chsnge my official due date. Makes sense since my ovulation window started only twobdays after i finished my period.

The earlier the US the more accurate. Once baby is past the first trimester they start to develop and gain weight and height at their own rates so it's less accurate the further along you are! I measured 6 weeks bigger from 20weeks on with baby #2 and she was born at 39weeks at 7lbs 10oz 😊

It depends on when and the development of the baby. With his size my son has always measured about 4-5 weeks ahead but his development has been right on track with my due date so it didn't change.
