what does labour pain feel like?

To all those that have experienced labour already.. what exactly does the pain feel like and where is the pain? 
Sharp/aching/throbbing/burning/stabbing..
In vagina/lower abdomen/all over abdomen.. etc 
Just wonder if what I'm starting to feel is early labour pains

No matter what anyone says it just can't explain it. It really is sharp SHARP pains in your uterus. Sometimes women get them in their back, I didn't. But just remember it'll be over. That's what I had to keep telling myself through every one of them.

Sharp throbbing stabbing and all abdominal area for me lol
It's so hard to explain
But I know it's the worst pain I have ever felt.
I'm not trying to scare you but I was all for doing it natural no drugs and when I was in labor I could not could not handle it !!!
I got the epidural lol

It hurts everywhere. Your vagina. Your whole abdomen. Your back. Its dull and achey and sharp and stabbing. Its not comparable to anything else.

Like the most sharp stabbing pain in your lower abdomen. The pain is so bad you feel like you're dying and totally out of control of the pain. all I could do was cry, grind my teeth, and whimper.

It depends. U can feel it on lower back or lower ab. It feels like the worst PRD cramps. As it u r getting stabbed. U feel when it's already time to push like u r going to have a bowel movement.
