What's really needed?

We have a:
-pack n play
-graco oasis swing...

Do we need a rock n play as well? What about a bassinet? Any of these items not work well for any momma's?

If you have the pack n play I wouldn't spend on bassinet.

Use the pack n play bassinet. I would skip the rock n play, no reason to buy an extra item just for naps if you already have swing and pack n play.

We didn't have baby in our room so decide whether you will. Personally I find it just as easy to get up, go to his room, nurse and put him back in crib. Now the pack and play sits, unused in our room. We have a rock and play, unused as well. Baby likes his crib. He uses swing (hated it for awhile) for some naps). Hates the bouncer. Boppy. Great for nursing (your wrist will thank you) and tummy time.

If crib not in room I'd get bassinet. When baby is eating every two hours as newborn it's nice to have him/her next to you. Plus it's nice and comforting to watch them sleep as newborns.
