Help please with evening primrose oil
I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my cervix haven't efface ...
I been reading that this oil helps cervix to thin and helps prevent tears
Please can someone that tried it before explain how to use it and if it work..
I'm interested in use it vaginally I have the 1000mg pills would that work?
Basically how do I put it in my vagina n how long how many times
