Shooting pain in the vagina. It's not always but it has happened 3 times now. Is it normal or should I call my doctor and ask???

I've found keeping my gait/stride smaller while walking and not doing deep squats to pick things up very helpful (33wks now, started around 27wks)

Sounds like lightning crotch. It's perfectly normal, although it can become pretty uncomfortable.

Can also be muscle spasms.  Starting getting those in my second trimester. Ended up in the er with them because I was worried I was having contractions.

What should I do?
