Pardon my terrible toes, but man my feet are so swollen! I called my doctor yesterday just to let them know they're more swollen than usual and they had me check my BP, which was fine and they aren't concerned. They said as long as 1 isn't drastically bigger than the other, that it is okay. My right one is noticaby bigger, but I wouldn't say drastic. My fingers are also a little swollen. I don't have much sodium in my diet at all and I drink a gallon of water a day and I elevate my feet as much as I can throughout the day, and then after work, I keep them elevated until I go to bed.
