depends or pads?

I have to have a csection so was wondering which would be better with my incision?

Pads. You don't want anything near that incision plus you often don't bleed quite as bad with a section

Regular pads and you will love the mesh underwear. I was stapled afterwards and i couldn't wear regular underwear for a few days. I had staples in for 6 days. You don't bleed much. I haven't really soaked a pad at all since my csection.

Pads for sure. I had an unexpected csection (not emergency but babys heartbeat kept dropping) last friday. Youll have a huge pad for the first pad (looks like a small doggy pee pad lol) then when they take your catheter out they give you a regular period looking pad. I went through a pack while i was in the hospital (they told me to change it every single time i peed or pooped no mater if the pad is barely bloody). I was discharged on the third day and they let me have an unopened pack of pads. When i ran out of those i just bought regular pads. They give you mesh underwear to wear in the hospital (i wore mine until 2 days after coming home). Im not doing to bad with regular underwear at the moment. But absolutly regular oeriod pads not depends.
