pregnancy with PCOS

Hey I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with common early miscarriage with PCOS I have currently had 5 miscarriages over the last 6 years I can get pregnant on metformin but cannot maintain the pregnancy does anyone know if they can give you some hormone replacements in early pregnancy to maintain the pregnancy if you suffer PCOS and hormone imbalance??
