(TMI pics) Possible miscarriage 7ish weeks.....ER visit tonight

Soooooo yeah, I've been spotting a tiny bit here and there for my whole pregnancy. I do also have 3 large corpus luteum cysts on my left ovary (pregnancy hormone related cysts). Today about an hour ago I had a gush of blood come out of my vagina and down my leg, yay me......trying to remain calm I let my husband know, and then called my OBGYN. So tonight in about an hour I'll be on my way to sit at the ER to see if I'm having a miscarriage, or if a cyst ruptured. I have an important client meeting first so hopefully that meeting wraps up pretty quickly (Dr said it was ok to do the meeting b4 going, based on the questions she asked me). I could totally use some good vibes and prayers my way!

***UPDATE***

I still have a bun in the oven! And a heartbeat! Measuring exactly 7 weeks today.....I have a subchorionic hemorrhage, so a bleed between the placenta and uterus. That's confirmed to be where the blood came from! Now I have to be on light duty for the next few weeks, and check back with my obgyn in 1.5 weeks when I have my appointment. Still a real risk of miscarriage, but as of right now it's still ok!
