Vitamin C
Are vitamin C drops safe during pregnancy? I have a major cold that's been kicking my butt for 5 days. Normally I take vitamin C drops to help with my throat and keep my nose clear. Is it okay to take them while pregnant? I see mixed answers on goggle. I also do not currently take parental vitamins so the only vitamin C I am getting is from my diet.
