I am ticked

Someone please tell me my feelings are justified. Just so everyone knows, my husband is equally ticked. My husband has a half brother that is 20yrs older than him. He never knew him (he grew up on the west coast, we live in the east coast). My husband's dad died in January and that's how his brother came into our lives. He showed up in our lives then. He now lives 16hrs north of us. He is very loud and rude. At the funeral of their dad, he made fun of my husband's younger cousin for her scars on her neck and upper chest - scars from 4 heart surgeries). My husband got all over him. He apologized, but he is just plain out ugly. He's so rude and loud and really enjoys alcohol. My husband and I don't drink and if you don't drink, you don't really care to be around a drunk. Anyway, my husband and I found out shortly after his dad's funeral that we were expecting. My husband's half brother decided he wanted to get to know this side of the family that he never was around. He visited for 2 days in the Summer, oh my gosh, I was 24 weeks pregnant and I was so glad when He left and went back home. We haven't spoke to him since. Well he texted tonight saying he was 3 hrs away from us. We asked where he was going. He said coming to visit us. ... yes, completely unannounced! This really ticks me off (and my husband). Who drives this far unannounced, during the week, to visit? Also, at his visit over the summer, he informed us he is gay and is also HIV+. We have a 5 week old baby. I know you can't catch HIV, but I still don't want him holding my baby. How bad is it to say that? He will be here soon and I don't really know how to go about handling it...
