Braxton hicks contractions! should I worry???

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and since a few days ago I been having some tightening in the abdomen that comes and go like hardening of the abdomen they aren't painful just uncomfortable during the day... Has anybody experience this what does your doctor say?? ....

It's normal. You could have them up until you go into actual labor. They can even get painful at times.

I had this at 15 weeks not common As week 20 to get them but I told her and all she asked is... are u bleeding ?  If not then no worries she said
