I met with my doula today for first time 😆
She was SO awesome and gave me and my boyfriend plenty of tips for laboring at home, how to prepare for labor now and what to expect when going through the different stages of pain 👀😂 I'm SO glad she's gonna be in my corner!! As a first time mom, these past few months have been flying by and while I'm still so apprehensive and nervous, it feels great to have someone focused on ensuring my boyfriend and I have the best birthing experience possible. ☺️ oh! And she left me with a birthing ball to practice some exercises since I've been experiencing more frequent cramping! I hope these next 18 days fly by so I can put all this preparation to use and welcome my baby girl 😍
