Is glow premium worth?

Seems weird for an app to be a monthly payment. Is it worth it? They aren't doing a very good job selling me on it I mean I read their information on it. Can some of y'all tell me why you have it and what you like/don't like about it.

It works for me only because of the unlimited caregivers. I have myself, her sitter, my husband and my MIL. That's the only reason I pay for it.
