I'm 30 weeks pregnant & my stomach keeps getting really tight and hard. I also have like a dull pressure on my vagina, it's the second night in a row that it's happened. Any idea what it could be & or what I should do? It's really uncomfortable

Drink some water, switch positions and relax! If they continue, definitely go into L&D! In my experience, you KNOW when it's labor. So it's probably just Braxton hicks! I have been having Braxton hicks since 22 weeks pregnant (now 30 weeks) and I've been 2-3cm dilated since 28 weeks. Hoping my contractions hold off! Good luck!

Go to your hospitals labor and delivery and have them check you... this was happening to me and my contraction meds weren't stopping it and now I'm in active labor sadly... maybe they can stop yours if you are!

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. I get them when I'm on my feet a lot, usually at the end of the day when I'm tired and I've been busy all day. I see it as my body telling me to stop and rest.

Likely they are Braxton Hicks - drink a LOT of water as dehydration can make them feel worse.
