Washing breast pump items at night?

My LO is 4 days old and he is eating every 3-4 hours at night and every 2 hours during the day. He takes about 2-3 oz each feeding. I have had horrible issues with engorgement so I have been pumping every 2 hours including at night. During the day it's no big deal to wash the pump stuff after every use but at night it's a huge hassle to wash everything every time when I already am feeding baby then pumping between sleeping. Would it be OK to skip the cleaning at night and just clean everything during the day or do I need to keep cleaning everything between every pumping session? I have been using the pump wipes at night but I just ran out so it's even more inconvenient that I have to go to the sink every time and clean everything. Please help I'm exhausted!
