what does this look like

Could this be a miscarriage; hello ladies I've been on a cycle it seemed like for an extra two days. No biggie. But I just went to RR an when wiping myself I look an see something that kinda disturbed me. My first thought was this looks like a miscarriage but problem is I've  had my tubes tied for almost 11 years an an IUD I've had for about 4 years due to such bad cramps. But when I wiped an saw what I saw it worried me. The image may be a little to much but please give me your thoughts on what it looks like to you....
