ovulation ? or early pregnancy ?

I had a thick white mucus discharge that oozed itself out of my vagina. I felt it pushing its way out & when I looked it was a big glob hanging & also my nipples have been super sore the past week but I don't get my period until the 10th of next month...not sure .. help ?
