Question about vitamins and breastfeeding
For some reason I can't remember with my first. .. did you continue taking prenatal vitamins while breastfeeding or did you switch over to something else? I'm unsure whether maybe they actually have one specifically for breastfeeding mom's? Any help on opinions/suggestions would be appreciated. ..
