Skyla, a week later. HELP.
Hello ladies!
I got my Skyla IUD in on the 8th and at 23, it is my first birth control I've been on.
I did a lot of reading up on it before getting it done such as how they put it in, take it out, side effects, period adjustments, etc. but I have one problem..
I am still in pain from it. I have had digestive problems for the last year or so (I'm adjusting to less dairy, less sodium, less everything because everything is making me sick after I eat).
I feel like I have cramps (that are expected) plus constipation.. I'm having these pains less (for hours) every day but I'm wondering if my body hates the IUD or if it's still trying to adjust to birth control or if my uterus is freaking out with something inside of it.
Mind you, I've never been pregnant (no babies ever!) so I think that's a big factor too.. any suggestions or advice?
I can take so much medicine before I start hating myself lol
