French toast bacon and egg quesadilla
I cooked the bacon and scrambled the eggs with cheese as usual. I prepared the tortilla by melting butter and mixing in cinnamon and coconut palm sugar (but anything sweet would work) and painting the tortilla with the mixture. Also used some to candy some of the bacon. It tastes like a French toast bacon and egg sandwich. Finky kids will gobble it down, especially if you can get them to just taste one single bite.Â
