Could I be pregnant?

Question

I missed my period by 5 days in December, then started bleeding for only 2 days and spotting on day 3! 
My breasts were hurting a lot and swollen too!
I never miss my period so this is unusual to me! 
What could the reason be? Could I hopefully be pregnant?

I missed my period by a few days in October and I started bleeding so I didn't do anything but it only lasted 2 days then November i didn't get anything and I took a test and it was positive and I was 9 weeks so it's possible
