Color theme for maternity shoot?

My husband is coming home to visit in like 3 weeks and we'll be having our maternity shoot then. We don't know what colors we should wear or incorporate in our photos. Please share yours or leave suggestions!

I'd say it depends on a few things: your setting, skin tone, and if you know if you're having a boy or girl. I say skin tone because certain colors can really wash you out at times because of my skin tone I tend to stick to the darker shades of colors, but there are people who can pull off any color shade beautifully. Also your setting, are you going to be outside? Is it snowy or warm all that fun stuff. If you're on the colder end of weather maybe go out with a few different colors and see what you like against the area you'll be in. For boy or girl you might want a little pink or blue somewhere in there, even if it's just like a ribbon in your hair.
