Baby shower game etiquette?

Was at a baby shower today and we were playing a game of clay babies and on le of the attendees decided to make a fetus. Is this appropriate?

Why do you have a problem with it? Don't all babies begin this way? It looks pretty medically accurate to me and not at all offensive. pretty creative actually since no one else in the room thought about it and you're still thinking on it now and posting it to the internet!

Its not like it's an aborted fetus..... It's a fetus. You realize your baby is a fetus for quite a while lol

Babies are living even at the "fetus"  and "embryo"  stage of LIFE,  why would that not be appropriate.... It's a baby at a very early stage of life.
