Just stress ?? please help

Hey ladies, I'm 7 weeks today and the past few days I've been feeling like something's wrong, then I had a dream last night my babies heart wasn't beating, I tried buying a Doppler and I can't hear anything with it. Am I just freaking out over nothing ? Or maybe it's the hormones ? Please any mothers help.

I'm 14 weeks. I've had multiple dreams about me miscarrying but baby is still growing and is healthy. It's just your stress. And a fetal Doppler usually can't pick up the baby's heartbeat when used at home until way later in the pregnancy so I think buying that is just stressing you out more. Baby isn't above your pelvic bone yet. Most at home Doppler are designed for above 16 weeks. They aren't as sensitive especially since baby is so little and you don't know exactly where they are.

You're probably just freaking out. I've had several horrific dreams throughout my pregnancy so far and my baby is fine. Your brains just kinda goes crazy. I've never had dreams this vivid or weird before.

Just stress ?? please help
