How should I be feeling at 7weeks pregnant? I'm on the chubbier side I had a miscarriage sept no fetal polanor heart beat at 6w1d with my first with this pregnancy last week at 6w4d thank god we saw a strong heart beat ❤️ but I'm still worried an concerned scared of having a miscarriage trying to stay positive but there's always stuff in the back of my mind.
