Can implantation spotting occur 2 days after suspected implantation bbt dip?

I had a huge temp dip on 5/6dpo then spiked back up the next morning. 2 days later I had a tiny bit of tan/pink discharge just once when I wiped. The next day I had the same thing along with occasional pink but only when I wiped and some minor cramping. Does implantation spotting always happen the same day as the bbt dip?
