Nightmare made reality

This past Thursday I had my second ultrasound. Baby seemed small but heart was beating. Today I experienced painful cramping and started bleeding heavy. 4 hours at the er confirmed my baby was gone. 7 weeks . I'm so hurt right now. This would have been mine and my husbands first child. What happened in 48 hrs to do this?
