Breast changes

Anyone have dark areolas and dark blue veins before their period? I have had brown spotting for a few days and some cramps. I thought my period would start but I didn't have it last month so I figure I may not have it again. I have taken a pregnancy test which was negative.

Also, I just had my wisdom teeth removed so I am on antibiotics, steroids, and pain killers. My mother said those should affect my breasts. But could it be the cause of request urination and constipation and fatigue? Or could those be iud symptoms? I'm just worried about pregnancy even after a negative test. I'm thinking about getting a blood test done just so I can be sure. I may end up getting this iud removed if I am constantly worried about pregnancy.
