C-Section & Bleeding Question!!! PLZ!

I started off with my journey to the hospital 9/29 to be induced because I had preeclampsia. After 50, yes 50 hrs of no pain meds labor & not being able to dialate past 8 cm, they rushed me for emergency c-section. My wonderful son was FINALLY born on 10/1. They released us from the hospital on 10/3. About a week went by and I noticed my swelling was not going away, it had only gotten 2848493 times worse. They ended up admitting me back to the hospital on  10/7. I had post partum preeclampsia, my BP was 209/117 & I was still bleeding very heavy. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days and they released me on 2 dif BP meds. The meds have helped a lot and my BP is under control. While I was in the hospital, it doesn't seem like my bleeding was as bad as it is now. I mean it's absolutely atrocious! I literally have to change my pads every hour because they are completely soaked!. Sometimes when I stand up, it feels like I peed my pants. I have been passing BIG clots and the color is BRIGHT RED! I'm worried, and called the nurse advice line that the Army provides, & they told me that if I soak thru a pad every hour for 2 then I should go to the ER. I haven't yet, & it's been this way for over a month. How can this be "natural"?! It's not my period, & it can't be "old" blood with it being bright red. Idk what to do? I don't want to have to go to the hospital again. I really don't know what to do. I keep telling myself I'm okay but it's really starting to make me feel weak, & the past couple days I've had some extreme cramping I just sit on the toilet. It's not my period, I know it's not. I never would bleed a lot, & never cramp. 

Has anyone else experience this or siliar?!
