Anyone have a cyst that turned out to be a baby?

My early 10 week scan showed I have a functional corpus luteum cyst and I'm curious if anyone discovered at their next scan that this was in fact another baby? We have lots of twins in the family. I wasn't on clomid which usually causes these cysts and everyone says I'm much bigger than expected for (now) 12 weeks. Just FYI, cyst is top right and appears as second sac almost on photo. Next scan with NHS isn't until nearly 14 weeks
