CD 22 still haven't ovulated but had a positive opk

I'm on CD 22 & still haven't ovulated I usually ovulate any where from 15-18 what can cause me to ovulate later in my cycle AF supposed to arrive November 29/30 even tho I didn't want her to show up anyway I didn't want it to be because I didn't ovulate.
