male obgyn

I work in an emergency room. My insurance just changed. I've been going to the obgyn since I was 17. I had to make an appointment with a new dr. The best recommendations were for a male dr that practices at our dr. I waited about a month for this appointment and now that it's tomorrow I'm starting to feel nervous. Any advice from women who have seen male obgyns. I have had a male exam me in and emergency room once but than the on call dr at the time happened to be my dr so she came down to see me.
