Is he trying to hint that he wants a baby?

For the past like week or 2 my boyfriend has been jokingly been saying that I'm pregnant everytime I say I'm not feeling good. But then he'll say that he doesn't want a baby right now. Then today he brought it up again saying that he's feeling my stomach pain because I'm pregnant because he was having g weird stomach pain. I was really emotional last week and I woke up throwing up Sunday morning around 3. So he keeps bringing it up because of that as well. I haven't asked him if he wants a baby but he's been talking about me working after a baby and who would watch the baby and so on. I just find it weird if he doesn't want a baby but keeps bringing it up.
