1 week maternity leave

I need some advice... I'm a therapist and only get paid when clients attend sessions. I don't have PTO. I also live just a few houses down (3 minute walk door to door) from my office. My job doesn't require any physical effort - I sit in an office. I know I can't predict what my delivery will be like but if no complications with my home water birth, I'd like to take only 1 week off. I only have 24 clients (sessions are 40-55 mins) so I'd be home the rest of the time (a week has 168 hours, for reference). I know I'll want to stay home with my baby but I don't really have much of a choice... I'm a single mother and need to make money. I think that 144 hours a week is a decent amount of time to bond with baby, but honestly not sure as I am a new mom. I do plan to breast feed. Thoughts? I also don't know enough about what can happen to your body after a labor and delivery without complications.
