Cervix??

Okay..lol I have had 3 children already....but how do you tell if ur cervix is low, high soft firm etc....I am Sooo lost LOL

I just started doing this! Now that I understand I find it easy. It's confusing at first. Ok the first thing I do is wash my hands & I do it in the shower. I usually use my middle finger & just go in. You might have to move your finger around to really feel it, but when it's high you'll barely be able to touch it. You'll feel how firm it is when you touch it, & the opening you'll just have to feel around for it. It's like a ball at the top of your vag haha 😂 hope this helped!
